Scott Peterman, a master’s student at Parsons New School of Design, New York created a glove that can play real marching band music through pantomime. Gloves are named Imaginary Marching Band (IMB).
In these gloves are six imaginary instrument that is the trumpet, trombone, tuba, snare drum, bass drum, and cymbals.
The sixth tool can generate a MIDI sound output that can be connected to a computer via USB, so you can edit music creation in music editing software such as GarageBand, Pro Tools or Logic.
Music will be generated if you are wearing gloves and mimicked the action of styles such as playing a real musical instrument. To play the trumpet, for example, a small blow pipe at the end of the glove, and sound pressure sensor will process the airflow into the music. No need to blow it out forcefully as when playing a real trumpet, enough with half the strength of inflatable, this tool is already generating a loud sound.
